Action Point III: Provide an attractive resurgence of traditional outdoor skills throughout our movement, with an emphasis on putting them into action in ways that are fun, illustrating how they’re used, and providing an opportunity to rely upon them to complete a satisfying challenge. From an elevated vantage point, it can be ascertained that outdoor skills are one of Scouting’s major attractions. It would then follow, by impressively demonstrating their outdoor skill prowess in a public setting,Scouts BSA units could experience success in attracting and recruiting new members.
