ACTION POINT I
Institute a colorful, online training program, and a weekend training session, designed to improve meeting attendance and the rate of retention. The focus of these trainings is on how to plan, prepare, and present meetings and outings that are increasingly fun with positive outcomes. The training can initially be promoted through “Scouting Wire,” “Aaron on Scouting,” territory training leads, and commissioner service. The online course can be instituted in conjunction with other basic Scout leader trainings through Scouting U. Both include the following prominent content (CLICK ON EACH LINK):D.
